These are instructions for using a heat press for DTF (Direct to Film) printing. Here's a breakdown:

1. **Prepare**: Cover the transfer with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet to prevent it from sticking to the heat press.

2. **Temperature and Time**: Set the heat press to 315 degrees Fahrenheit and apply medium to heavy pressure for 15 seconds.

3. **Peeling**: After pressing, wait at least 2 minutes before peeling. Once cool, peel plastic film slowly.

4. **Re-Press**: After peeling, cover the transfer again with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet and re-press for an additional 5-10 seconds.

5. **Adjustments**: Keep in mind that different heat presses may require slight adjustments in time and temperature to achieve the desired results. Experimentation may be needed to find the optimal settings for your specific heat press.

Following these steps should help ensure successful DTF printing with your heat press.
